And all of a sudden everyone is happy. Totally unexpected. The reason being Patrick Ruprecht. Or, rather, the endorphine-infused groove he extracts from the tracks of his sequencer on the latest 3000Grad release. The bass-heavy pulse of a 16th bassline is a compellent argument for any dancefloor. The generous spreads of melody and the psychedelic sound textures in the background also play important roles in the self-fulfilling nature of the aptly named Unexpected Happyness. Additionally, there’s a Monophase Remix that adds another electrifying burst of euphoria. Here the sounds and samples blend into each other as if the track was a lush watercolour painting, its flowing shapes providing a splendid inspiration for dance moves.

Und plötzlich sind alle glücklich. Ganz unerwartet. Verantwortlich dafür ist Patrick Ruprecht. Genauer gesagt der endorphingetränkte Groove, den er für 3000Grad aus den Spuren seines Sequencers gekitzelt hat. Die schwergewichtig austarierte 16tel Bassline von Unexpected Happyness ist ein zwingendes Argument für jeden Dancefloor.
Die plakativ aufgetragenen Melodiestriche und die psychedelischen Soundmaserungen dahinter tun ihr übriges, um zu beweisen warum dieser Track so heißt. Dazu kommt ein Remix von Monophase, der für eine weitere elektrisierende Ladung spontane Euphorie sorgt. In dieser Version laufen die Klangfarben und Rhythmen zu einem harmonischen Aquarell zusammen, dessen fließende Strukturen eine erstklassige Bewegungsinspiration darstellen.
