For the next chapter of 3000GradSpecial, T-Puse and Mula mix up the low-speed momentum of Downbeat, the emotive flow of Deep House and the timeless magic of World Music to create a groove that fits both snuggly into the low-lit environment of an afterhour and into the dusty heat of an open air afternoon. With skillfully trimmed arrangements and peppered with hints of electronic pop, the two tracks on the Mambo EP are smooth and at the same time tangy and teasing, radiating from the ears through the heart straight into the body. And because good things come in threes, there's an additional remix from Mollono.Bass in which he deepens the rhythms of the title track and adds pastel dashes of his signature sound colours to its melody.
